Launch of Fund FISCAP1

On November 19, 2015, RE Espinosa Capital closed the Sustainable Real Estate Fund of Private Equity 1 (FISCAP 1), a fund that invests in sustainable real estate opportunities in Mexico City.

The fund focuses on the development of sustainable vertical, middle-class and residential housing projects. The geographical area of concentration will be Mexico City at its beginning without ruling out the interior of the country in a second stage.
